NEW: Cobrah releases Deluxe debut, Torn – Apart

Sweden’s top pop provocateur Cobrah is back to cause a little trouble. The artist has just released Torn – Apart, the deluxe edition of her debut album Torn, featuring four new tracks, including her collaboration with Grimes, ‘Sign From God’, and brand-new single ‘Touch of an Angel’.

Accompanied by the most divine of visualizers, ‘Touch of an Angel’ is all about the ultimate femme fatale with our anti-hero warning us: “Touch of an angel. Oh god it feels so good / It’s intoxicating. She got a hold of you.”

Torn was written and creatively directed by Cobrah. “With Torn, I am way more ‘me’ as a person, the songs pull from my real life. It’s a little bit scary,” she explains. “I love doing characters. I love making things up and being extreme – and I’m still doing that on this album – but I’m also peeling it all off and presenting my real self as a character.”

2026 has been a huge year for Cobrah, from releasing her debut album to taking it to some of the world’s biggest festivals, including Coachella, Primavera Sound and Roskilde. She’s now heading to Bristol for Simple Things this week before bringing the chaos to Spain the following week.
