‘Now I clean up the kitchen ’til noontime and then I vacuum ’til a quarter to three. Cabin fever is killing me.’ So sang the icon Barbra Streisand on arguably her greatest deep cut, ‘Cabin Fever’.

In maybe a not such a small turn of events, our other greatest living legend, Tom Aspaul, has also tired of cleaning and vacuuming – in what ensemble we can only imagine?! Someone bring back CRIBS asap!!! Ahem, we digress but last month Tom also released his third album, Cabin Fever, into the wild. Now he is breaking out of the house, hitting the road and touring this era all summer long.

Having just supported Kesha on her UK tour and playing the Mighty Hoopla, Tom is now preparing his upcoming tour which begins in Rekjavik, sees him cross Europe, before heading across to the States and then to Mexico.

In his own words: “I am so excited to bring Cabin Fever to the stage across all these fab cities. This album has been a real labour of love, so to see it come to life in this way, on such a grand scale is absolutely thrilling. Doing my first headline show in Sweden was always gonna be a priority with this tour, bringing Cabin Fever home! Returning to places where I have a real connection with the audience, like Mexico City was also high up on my list. We are really upping the ante with the live band, theatrics, set design, it’s gonna be a full production to match the trippy, psychedelic vibe of the record.”
