Self-produced and written the song serves as a meditation on existential isolation, shared societal malaise.

‘Is Anybody Out There?‘ is the first song to mark the dawn of new material post arguably her biggest release to date Girl With No Face.  That album saw X make her netwrork television debut on The Kelly Clarkson Show, headline two world tours and sell out two upcoming shows in São Paolo this January.

Allie shares: “Last summer, between tours, I found myself creatively restless. So I gave myself a challenge: to sift through this fragmented three-year archive of voice memos and try to turn them into actual songs.”
