sim0ne is keeping the rave alive on new single ‘in ya mind‘, a high-octane blast of techno-infused pop that arrives ahead of her debut EP zer0, due on 26 June. Packed with pulsing beats, late-night intensity and the kind of energy that belongs in a sweaty warehouse at 2am, it’s another reminder of why she’s quickly becoming one of the UK’s most exciting new names.

Rooted in British club culture, ‘in ya mind’ channels the rush of the dancefloor without losing sight of melody. The production hits hard, blending driving techno rhythms with a sharp pop sensibility. “I wanted ‘in ya mind’ to feel dreamy, melancholic and otherworldly in the verses while the drop is techno focused with a rumbling warehouse kick. The track weaves in a breakbeat which ties it to its inspiration in 90s UK rave culture alongside the melodic reference to Olive’s 1996 track ‘You’re Not Alone’,” says sim0ne.

The single also offers another taste of zer0, her forthcoming debut EP. With a growing reputation fuelled by standout releases and her Rinse FM residency, sim0ne is building a world where underground club sounds and pop hooks collide.
