What do you do?
I am a personal trainer in a gym in Covent Garden, I studied sport science at college and have always been involved in sport however I do have a second job as a hairdresser !
What did you want to do when you were growing up?
I always wanted to be a nightclub owner…. It’s not everyones dream lol but I love putting on parties and watching people enjoy themselves so I would to have my own nightclub!
With personal training what makes you different to everyone else?
I guess I’m a lot more fun to train with, not some boring guy getting you to follow something from an iPad I’ll use my experience to get results that you can see !
You seem to have quite a collection of Speedos. Which ones are your favourite?
I have a cheeky pair from New York which I love!!! Super kool animal print on the front and let’s put it this way, the print is…flattering.
Who is your style icon?
I’ve been lucky enough to meet John Galliano and I just think he’s probably the coolest guy ever but to be honest I really just have my own style. I guess it’s kind of a London American cross over. I think it’s just important that whatever you wear you wear with confidence!
What do you never leave the house without?
I never ever ever leave my house without a cap!!! Even if I’ve styled my hair and it looks great I will still put a cap in my bag in case!

#muscle always putting this one down…. Straight to the point I guess, but really….. I sooo over use it!!!!
When did you last get into trouble with Instagram/Facebook for posting a nude pic?
Pretty much constantly…. I’ve toned it all down a bit now, but my constant cheeky selfies before would usually raise eyebrows if not a little more!
It’s our first date. Where are we going?
First impressions count so I would go full out on the first date…then probs slow down after that….But as a first date how does champagne at the top of the eiffel tower sound and then a boat trip through the middle of Paris whilst eating dinner, ending with desert at a hotel of your choice…?
What’s your favourite Mariah Carey song?
‘Touch my body’…. I was born in the 90’s and this song still reminds me of being a child.
